Local Film Screenings @ Project Slogan!

Photo stolen from iammartin. See his work here. There's been 2 local film screenings in nearly the same week. The first was held at Greys School of Art to help raise money for the PeM end of year degree show. Its one of many events that were taking place last week, as well as Project Slogan Gallery 2 becoming a temporary shop where you could purchase some original art work for £10. Missed out on some real treats from up and coming talents.

The second night was a Local Film Screening organised by Sarah from Project Slogan and myself. We had 10 films to screen all made by local Aberdeen folk, bar one film made by Dierdre McPhillips. Everyone involved made a good effort and enjoyed the chance to meet other film fans, film makers and good people. I'm about to start planning the next event which will be a Future Shorts night at the start followed by a Local Film Screening again, so if you would like to submit some films or know of someone who might then get them to contact me at . Keep an eye out for posters & flyers.
Big thanks to everyone who came down.
