Due to the lack of exhibition space in Aberdeen ..... @ 26 Collective Studios!

Stewart Forbes Ross is hosting his second solo show since finishing his degree at Grays School of Art. "Due to a lack of exhibition space in Aberdeen my next show will be held in the back pocket of my jeans" opens for 1 night this Saturday (30th March) at 26 Collective Studios.

Stewart work primarily with pen and paper but comes from a sculpture back ground, I guess hes a good example of using what you have although his last show was a perfect example of crossing boundaries with drawings, music & performance all being parts of the show. For his up coming show he will be showing more new drawings although in what form we don't know yet and he will also be djing at the after party taking place round the corner from the studios at Sopranos Wine Bar & Bistro, re uniting the old POST crew and hopefully bringing some new friends down to the studio.

Ill be trying to carry out a proper interview with Stewart in the future but in the mean time enjoy some photos I took a few months back of Stew's new / my old studio, I really love what he's done with the place! You can find full details here!
